We can help you with marketing your real estate listings. We offer co-branded Realtor introductions, open house flyers, property listing videos, open house advertising, and property listing slideshows from Ask Me Communication at no cost to you.

Diverse Financing Options
We have many different loan programs from conventional and government to Non-conforming bank statement and VOE loans. We accept borrowers with credit scores as low as 580.

Open House Assistance
For your open houses, we will send a mortgage liaison on site to assist in qualifying prospective buyers. We also offer a credit for an appraisal or home inspection up to $500 for your client. We also pre-approve prospective buyers. We will even assist you in running your open house.
